Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@breeze.com with your order number and reason for the return
  2. Receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable)
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  5. The refund will be credited to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Items purchased during final sales or clearance events (marked as non-refundable)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a full refund, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items that do not meet refund conditions due to customer misuse or damage. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% for items in poor condition.
