Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@breeze.com with your order number and reason for the return
- Receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable)
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Items purchased during final sales or clearance events (marked as non-refundable)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a full refund, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for items that do not meet refund conditions due to customer misuse or damage. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% for items in poor condition.
